Under the leadership of the founder, Maurizio Garegnani, the company became a major Italian distributor in the polyurethane, coatings and resins industries. The business gradually expanded into new markets and areas of development from 2008 onwards, when the next generation took over the reins.

The entrepreneurial spirit that encapsulates the focus, opportunity management and determination that Maurizio Garegnani managed to pass on to his sons, Marco, Andrea and Luca, lives on in the corporate culture, the intensity of the business, and forward thinking.
